I received an email from a woman in California recently. She had ordered a booklet for a friend and then canceled the order. I contacted her to find out why. She told me that her friend took an unexpected turn for the worse and no longer would need the booklet. Here are her words.
"I LOVE this booklet. It was for a friend's mom who is in critical condition in ICU in the hospital, however it doesn't look like we're going to need it now. If you know what I mean. Thanks.
In the future....I will both consider and recommend this booklet to friends.
It's a fabulous way to communicate with a loved one that is unable to.
