English as a Second Language? Communication Booklet

I received many calls from all over the east coast during the last few months from people who are using the Point To Communicate booklets with those who are ill and cannot communicate because English is their second language. After doing some research I found that as a person gets older or is under great stress he/she will revert to their mother tongue.
